Delete Your Rabbit Account

This page explains how to permanently delete your Rabbit — Dating & Connections account and the personal data associated with it. Rabbit is operated by the Rabbit app team.

Option 1 — Delete from within the app (recommended)

Open the Rabbit app and sign in.
Go to the Settings screen (profile tab → Settings icon).
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
Confirm when prompted. Your account and data are deleted immediately, and any remaining backups are removed within 30 days.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email us from the phone number or email address linked to your account and we will delete it for you:

Please include the phone number or email you used to sign up so we can verify your identity. We respond to deletion requests within 30 days.

What data is deleted

Your profile (name, date of birth, gender, bio, job title, college, interests).
All profile and uploaded photos.
Your matches, likes, and interactions.
Your chat messages.
Your location data and push notification tokens.
Your authentication record (phone number / Google sign-in association).

What data may be retained

Transaction and payment records required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes, retained only as long as the law requires.
Limited records needed to investigate fraud, abuse, or safety reports, or to comply with legal obligations.
Anonymized or aggregated data that can no longer identify you.

Retention period: Personal data is removed from active systems immediately on deletion and purged from backups within 30 days, except for the limited records described above.
