Welcome to Rabbit Dating (“Rabbit”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Rabbit mobile application, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Rabbit. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You may not create more than one account.
• You may not transfer your account to another person.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Rabbit for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, bully, intimidate, or threaten other users
• Post content that is offensive, hateful, sexually explicit, or violent
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Upload photos that you do not have the right to share
• Send spam, solicitations, or commercial messages
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems
• Collect or harvest information about other users without consent

4. Content

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, bio, messages). By uploading content, you grant Rabbit a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute it within the app.

Content Removal: We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without notice.

Reporting: You can report inappropriate content or users through the app.

5. Matching and Interactions

Rabbit facilitates connections between users based on location, interests, and preferences. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from using the service. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.

6. Safety

While we take measures to verify accounts, we cannot guarantee the identity or conduct of other users. Always exercise caution when meeting people from the app in person:

• Meet in public places for initial meetings
• Tell a friend or family member about your plans
• Trust your instincts — if something feels wrong, leave

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting us.

Rabbit is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rabbit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
